Transportation 

The hotel is 13 miles from the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport and transfers are available for $13.00 each way by the Airport Shuttle Service. If purchasing your shuttle ticket at the Airport, proceed to the baggage claim area on the ground level. After you have retrieved your luggage, proceed to the Airport Shuttle Ticket. The desk is located across from all baggage claim carousels. For Departure Reservations, please call 504-522-3500 no later than 24 hours prior to your flight. Your advance reservation will ensure your timely departure from the Airport. Domestic flights require passengers to arrive 1 -hour prior to flight departure. International flights require passengers to arrive 2-hours prior to flight departure.

Refunds

Requests for refunds must be made in writing and sent to INA, 3801 Kirby Drive, Suite 540, Houston, TX 77098, postmarked prior to April 15, 2006 or faxed to 713-526-2667.  Refunds will be issued within 30 days following the conference, less a $50 processing fee.  No refunds will be issued after April 15, 2006

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is being offered through Eisenberg Associates.  Contact Eisenberg at 800-777-5765 or www.eisenbergassociates.com for further details.

Discounts

A 10% discount is offered for the following: First time conference attendees, INA members who have not attended a conference in the past 5+ years, or 3 or more members from a business or nanny support group.  The discount is subject to eligibility of attendee and will be verified by INA.  Be sure to see the enclosed Registration Form for complete details regarding discounts and all related conference fees.

Nanny Credential Exam

The INA Nanny Credential Exam will be offered at conference on Thursday, May 18 from 4:15 to 5:45 PM.  Pre-registration is a requirement. The exam is open to nannies only, and the cost is $40 for members, $50 for nonmembers.  To register, contact INA at 888-878-1477 or info@nanny.org.  Questions about the exam or registration requirements should be directed to Susan Tokayer, Exam Committee Chair, at 800-847-5386 or SusanTokay@aol.com
