Call for 2009 INA Annual Conference Workshop Proposals
You are invited to submit your workshop proposal for the 2009 INA Annual Conference. The International Nanny Association (INA), a nonprofit organization, serves as the umbrella organization for the in-home child care industry. We are dedicated to providing continuing education programs through our annual conferences. Each year, nannies, agency owners and their staff, educators and industry service providers are brought together to attend workshops and personal development sessions.
Please submit your workshop proposal if you have:
- An idea on a topic you think would be of interest to conference attendees.
- Proven expertise and ability to lead a workshop for new or seasoned industry professionals.
Points to Keep In Mind
- INA conference workshops typically last for 75 minutes.
- Individual workshops are presented to a group of 15 to 50 attendees.
- There are seminars that can be presented to all attendees, where appropriate. The number of total attendees typically ranges from 120 to 150.
- INA is a nonprofit organization and strives to keep conference expenses contained. As a result, workshop presenters have donated their time to the organization by sharing their expertise as a pro bono gift, including travel expenses.
- If your requirement cannot meet this need, and your topic is one that INA feels will boost conference attendance, please contact INA Co-President Wendy Sachs to discuss further: wsachs@nannyagency.com
